All reservations are tentative until confirmed by telephone or E-mail.
Please read the terms and policies carefully before you make a reservation request.
When filling out this form, please remember that this is only a request, not a guaranteed reservation. A reservationist will contact you by E-mail or telephone within 48 hours to discuss your advance reservation.
Deposit terms
Advance deposit of one night for each five nights of your stay is required to confirm each reservation.
Deposits are made by personal check. Rooms will be held for seven days awaiting your deposit.
Deposit is non-transferable.
Remaining balance for the entire stay must be paid in full on arrival by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Sorry, no personal checks at check-in.
Cancellation and refund policy
All confirmed reservations are guaranteed.
Your deposit is non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled less than two weeks before your arrival.
Deposits will be refunded for reservations cancelled more than two weeks in advance, less a 25% handling fee.
CHECK IN TIME AFTER 2 P.M. -- CHECK OUT TIME BEFORE 11 A.M. Children under 4 stay free. A deposit of two day's rental is required to confirm reservations. Balance due on arrival in cash, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Three (3) night minimum stay required between June 25 and Sept. 5 and for holiday weekends. Deposit is refundable if notified 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Deposits are not transferable. Refunds are subject to 25% handling fee.
NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE. Refundable $10.00 key and phone deposit required upon arrival. All rates subject to New Jersey Sales Tax and any applicable tourism taxes. Management reserves the right to enter any/or all rooms to verify registered occupancy. Misrepresentation voids reservation.
